Indian Larry Motorcycles to come to Digby for WRR.

Indian Larry’s inspiration was 50’s – 60’s motorcycle
clubs, Ed “Big Daddy Roth” and the legendary Von Dutch.
The skilled machinist, metal-sculptor and master motorcycle
mechanic has won countless custom shows, including the
immensely popular Discovery Channel “Biker Build-Off Series”,
participated in motorcycle racing, and originated the hard-core
motorcycle style– a blend between classic choppers and hot
rod race bikes. Indian Larry’s resume includes movie, video,
television, and magazine spreads. His eccentric nature
combined with a unique and colorful appeal has gathered
great interest from media, producing a fanatic fan base.
Sadly, Indian Larry died in 2004 loving his fans.  He feel while
doing stunts for a crowd of admirers.  His legend lives on in
his designs!  Don't miss the chance to experience his bikes at
this years rally.

This Sunday (July 22nd)...make a difference!

Starting:  Meteghan Fire Hall
When:  11 am.

Attention!  Calling all bikers-I would like to introduce you to my 5 year old niece megan who has a condition called Neurofibromatosis which causes tumors and lumps to grow inside and outside of her body. The latest tumors have been found on both her optic nerves. The damage to the left eye can not be fixed and has left her legally blind in that eye. Her team of doctors at the IWK are going to attempt to save the vision she has left in her right eye by treating it with chemotherapy.  She will be receiving treatments for the next 18 months.  So lets see how many bikes we can gather for this event, also the public is invited to come in and make a donation for a bowl of "tante blanches" fish chowder.  All money raised at this event will go to help with Megan's medications and numerous trips to the IWK.

Something happened on the way home!

Phil drew a crowd when his bike didn't fire up right away!
Phil's bike was running in no time but most were worried about "Pacco" here!  He was a Spanish Mexican boy that we found living in a box!  He was little, cold, and speaking many different languages...but speaking none of them very well!

Dean Sauve is the winner of the 30 lbs of Lobster!

President John Soles congratulates Dean on his Win.
Mayor Ben Cleveland pulls the winning ticket.
